To return to the origins of our food, especially those linked to simpler products, is a way of gaining back our roots, to find again memories and signs of a past that is ever more distant and fleeting. For some time now, there has once more been the appeal to savor the flavors, to perceive the aroma that accompany those generations

who in themselves are imbued with the spirit of our land, a tangible sign of the will of a people who in the light of such traditions draw on deeply human values.
And so, a careful and meticulous research has begun into the microzones of the Siracusa countryside where
small farm holders gain tenderly from the earth those products, at times sparingly at others more generous, which are the pride of Sicilian culinary history.

It has been ascertained from market research that very few companies have the above described characteristics. Therefore, there is an opening and good possibilities are envisaged to market traditional produce, also overseas where in addition to successful sales there is an important psychological factor: the fact that certain aromas, certain flavors, will lead back in time thousands of fellow countrymen present in foreign countries.

Therefore, thanks to our expert balance of ingredients and the genuineness of the products used, we have created our preserves with "the taste of lost flavors" that receive, day by day, increasing consent also by the most refined palates.
And finally, recognition as the best preserves in Italy gained us the Gold Medal at the Expo of flavors in Milan 2002.
